Cancellation: Cancellations prior to 9am AEST August 26^th will receive a full refund. Cancellations after that time and date may elect to receive a 50% refund, or a 65% credit for use at the 2025 Pearcey Oration.

Media Waiver: The organiser will have this event photographed, video and audio recorded and live streamed. All the images and recordings will be edited and used for marketing by the Pearcey Foundation and its event partners. By purchasing this ticket you agree to being recorded and waive any claim or rights to those recordings.  If you do not want to be recorded or photographed please make that known to the staff at the beginning of the night. This may require reallocating your seating.
