Department of Electrical Engineering at Melbourne University. The Lab was named after recently retired, Rod Tucker, Laureate Emeritus
Professor at the University of Melbourne.
The Lab will be focussed on Optical Networking where Rod focussed his most successful academic and industrial career.
The Pearcey Foundation is delighted about this recognition, having elevated Rod to the Pearcey Hall of Fame in 2013.
