2023 Pearcey Entrepreneur Award
The 2023 Pearcey National Entrepreneur Award was presented to Didier Elzinga founder and CEO of Culture Amp. The award was presented at the prestigious 2023 Pearcey National Awards gala dinner in Sydney on 30 October 2023.

The company is now valued at around $2b and has built cutting-edge technology that enables over 25 million employees across more than 6,500 companies of all sizes and industries to excel in their workplace.
