2023 Pearcey Entrepreneur Award
The 2023 Pearcey National Entrepreneur Award was presented to Didier Elzinga founder and CEO of Culture Amp. The award was presented at the prestigious 2023 Pearcey National Awards gala dinner, in Sydney by Rick Harvey, National Awards Director of the Pearcey Foundation.
Commenting on Didier's award, Rick said,
All of our 2023 State and Territory Entrepreneurs are outstanding exemplars of ‘taking a risk, making a difference, and being an inspiration’. Didier is an inspirational representative for this group; a dedicated entrepreneur, who has led two companies to international success and the technology from Culture Amp is improving the lives of people at work all over the planet.
Choosing the recipient for this award is guided by three principles. Has the individual taken a risk, is this individual making a difference and is this individual an inspiration to others. Didier has certainly taken risks throughout his career. He has made bold decisions guided and driven by his values. He has chosen to do things differently, to see the world through fresh eyes and to act on his own insights.
Building a culture of inclusion, equity and achievement at his company has ensured his impact and influence on the national and global stage.
All of these and more, mean that Didier has very definitely taken a risk, made a difference and is an inspiration!
